Welcome Fortune.
Marc-Antoine Fortune has told Sky Sports News he could not turn down the opportunity to sign for SPL giants Celtic.
Fortune sealed his switch to the Hoops from Nancy for an undisclosed fee on Wednesday, inking a three-year contract at Parkhead.
A number of Premier League clubs, including Hull City, were believed to be tracking the forward but Fortune has explained how he jumped at the chance of plying his trade for Celtic.
He told Sky Sports News: "I considered staying in England. But Celtic are one of the most famous clubs in the world.
"I had to make a choice and I wanted to go to Glasgow. I am really happy to be here. It is fantastic. I will give my all for the club.
"I know that the club have fantastic supporters. It will be exciting to play at Celtic Park. It is a really big club."
Meanwhile, Nancy have claimed that Landry N'Guemo has also joined Celtic on a season-long loan.

"Celtic is important to me in as much as it's one of the only constants in my life over the years. I have changed and become various things but it is the one constant. Religion, friendships have come and gone, likes and dislikes have come and gone, but Celtic has remained." - Billy Connolly
