Scott McDonald is clearly our best striker
He may not be perfect but he's a darn sight better than our other three options. Will get us goals on a regular enough basis.

One game he's good and one game Samaras is good. Very rarely together though.
We could easily get better than both.

He has his flaws but yeah he's the guy that will score the goals.

Watching R*ngers this season, it's clear Kirk Broadfoot is their best RB. Doesn't say much, just means Whittaker is a slightly bigger bombscare.

Just because he works in a green and white top doesn't mean he should be idolised.
He needs to earn our love the way guys like Henrik, Petrov, Lubo, Lennon, Sutton, Burns, McStay etc.. all did.

Agree he is the best striker, Today he proved this coming on & bagging 2 were as samaras was happy to run out to the wing and lose possesion instead of running to the box & fortune just doesn't seem to impress, money wise am sure we could have got a better striker.

And that's what he's there for. His goal record with us is excellent and will not be easy to replace. If he can find his form again I'd be happy to keep him. He is definitely our best striker.

There is a difference between idolising someone and hating them. Whoever pulls on the Green and White should never be hated imo, disliked possibly but they are representing Celtic Football Club and our own support should recognise it.
Unless they do a Marlon King.
