Most of us will know the full Celtic and Rebel song sheet, but what rebel songs should be sung more at games, that are rarely sung now days?
Look at what the atmoshpere used to be like.

Singing the rebs isn’t going to make a difference to the atmosphere.
The players are incompetent, the manager is utterly inept and the board is a hopeless disgrace. Until this is rectified the atmosphere will continue to be dire and morbid.
“If he wants to learn about scoring goals, he should nip over to watch us train at Lennoxtown some afternoon and I'll show him a thing or two about finishing”
looking at that some of the clips in that video, how did Celtic park go from that to what it is now?
Of course, Celtic has nothing to do with Ireland.![]()
I do actually agree, rebel songs do create a better atmosphere, although nowadays your gonna get docked points if you sing sectarian songs (bar the famine song) so i'd rather do whats best for the club and not sing any.
Rebel songs aren’t sectarian.
They are political.

Quality few old clips there.

We should sing this.![]()
Both Celtic and R*ngers should be singing whatever they like imo after all it's what makes the derby so special and famous , too many people easily offended these days.
More songs about the players would be better but to be fair there aren't many who deserve it at the moment.
“If he wants to learn about scoring goals, he should nip over to watch us train at Lennoxtown some afternoon and I'll show him a thing or two about finishing”
Perhaps but going to Old F**m games nowadays , the atmosphere is terrible. If it was just kept to the football and not dragged outside of football it would be ideal , which will never happen.
Me personally am not offended by any R*ngers songs , as much as i hate them.
I would have loved to have grown up in the 70s or 80s going to Old F**m games , sitting in the jungle etc.. When football was a working class sport , unlike today.
As long as there isn't shit thats basically "we love the IRA" which frankly isn't really in many songs then we should be singing them.
The problem of the atmosphere lies deeper than that though what is stopping us singing the songs is the issue.
Last game i was at i said "oh for fuck sake" at something and was told off by some woman (who frankly was paying more attention to what i was saying than what her children were doing) and all i had to say to her was "what did you expect to hear at a fucking football game?"
Shit like that is the issue for me.

The atmosphere in last season's derby games against the huns was terrible but before that they were always epic, maybe something to do with getting beat. The atmosphere when we go to Ibrox is brilliant man.
And I agree with you it would have been magic growing up when the jungle was still around.
I hate that as well Mo, if you don't want to hear swearing at a game then fuck off and don't come back.
I would love to hear more of Sean South sung at games, even at the away games that is a song that is not sung enough.
"When you pull on that jersey you're not just playing for a football club, you're playing for a people and a cause"
God Bless Mr Celtic
Belt out all the rebs

Swearing at games will happen. Don’t think it makes it right to swear at women though.
If there are women and children around me, I try my best not to.
