I think he needs to be played wide right, he does not have the attributes and control (self and ball) for the central midfiled role, especially in a two man midfield. I think TM likes to use him in the hole behind the Striker, but feel Ki would be better there, when and if this formation is possible. Browns running and will to win would be welcomed wide right in the SPL especially.

I'm not looking forward to his return because I'm sure Mowbray will play him as soon as he's back fit. He's waste of shirt and he should be sold as soon as possible. If some EPL club came with few million quids, I think the reasonable thing would be to accept it without hesitation.
But hey, he has energy and dig...

Only if he earns it. For the most part he offers absolutley nothing to the team bar running around alot without actually doing anything.
If he works into some good form (which will require a vast improvement) then fair enough, but i don't want to see him anywhere near the first-team until then.

I have to go against the grain here and disagree with most of you.
He has never really settled at Celtic but then we play him in CM and this is not his position. He played his best football for Hibs as a right mid.
We have already seen that we cannot go with two wingers so one of our slots on the flanks is free. I'd play Brown on the right and move Aiden to the left flank. It gives our midfeild a bit more energy and steel, something we sorely miss. I think him and Shaun returning is a massive bonus. For the remaining games I'd like to see this midfeild:
Brown N'Guemo Ki Aiden/Shaun.
