I’ve never really cared that much about the cups in Scotland but I agree with Cesar. Stopping them from winning it would be great, although on the down side it could give Mowbray more time…

If Utd beat them then I couldn't care less if we won it or not. If it meant keeping Mowbray in a job then it would certainly damage the club in the long run. I really don't want Smith winning the treble though naturally.
They fuckers should have been knocked out already. The ref kept them in the competition with that freak penalty at Hamilton.

tbf MB2 it was an honest mistake. Only about the 14th this season at the time.

It was critical for us to stop them winning the league last year and this, the players, managers and board failed miserably. Winning the cup would only paper over the cracks, poor team, poor players, poor manager, poor tactics, no heart, no motivation.
Re-building on a five year plan to win the SPL where no other team has money and the standard is reducing every year plus most have all had new managers themselves is the worst excuse I have ever heard for poor performance after poor performance.....

Like I said a few weeks the Cup is no consolation for surrendering the league title. This season would have still been a nightmare whether we win the Cup or not.

I love the Scottish Cup, can't beat the sun shining on Hampden in May! Would be great to win it, to stop them winning the treble and to give us momentary joy. Will it make up for this season? No.

I couldn't really give a shit tbh.
Don't get me wrong, it's a great day out, and the sun always shines when we go to Hampden, but lets be honest, the CL is where it's at, and this isn't going to help us make the CL so for that reason I don't really care.
