The ref saw what laugherty done to Hinkel and gave him a yellow card,(should have been a red as we all know) but the ref did take action, so tv evidence won't be used.

Fair enough it was a nasty elbow but there are clear double standards. When are Bougherra, Laugherty and McCulloch going to get hauled up in front of this masonic panel ? Never and that is what pisses me off.
