This guy is a bitter Hun.
If he were to be appointed, it would be one of the very few things that would make me not renew my season ticket and I'm sure others would be the same. Surely the PLC know they have to push the boat out.
I also don't believe Lenny has a chance of the job. I heard he has been guaranteed the assistant job for next season though.
I think it is Mark Hughes' job for the taking. He is probably waiting to see if he can get a better offer in the EPL though.
Fuck off.
Nought to do with him being a hun I just think he would be another Mowbray - good in the Championship, pish in the Prem. tbf though when people say he is only championship standard - there is no doubt the championship is a better and more difficult league to win than the spl
Still don't want him though
It’s probably the most overrated league in Europe.
Old F**m rejects score for fun down there.
“If he wants to learn about scoring goals, he should nip over to watch us train at Lennoxtown some afternoon and I'll show him a thing or two about finishing”
Ah fuck off with that
We Are All Georgios Samaras
In terms of stadia and size then probably.
But the quality is pretty substandard.
Danny Fox got into the Championship team of the year last season.
I don’t mind Davies I just don’t think he’ll ever be good enough to manage us. I never want a manager from the Championship/lower regions of the EPL.

Not for me if strachan wasn't celtic minded fuck knows what billy is. Also terrible manager who just got lucky. He's not even the best championship manager ffs

Hate the cunt, hun or not, he comes across as a wee ballbag anyway.
Lol more Bullshit. Although if you ask any managers agent or advisor ofcourse they are going to say he would be interested.
..,.,.,.Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies insists he is focused on Forest as reports link him with the manager's job at Celtic.
Since taking charge at the City Ground Davies has made massive improvements to the Forest side, with the club in danger of facing relegation last season and now guaranteed a spot in the play-offs.
Since Tony Mowbray's departure at Celtic Park Davies has been linked with a switch to the SPL giants but he insists he has no plans to leave Forest.
He said: "My only focus is on finishing the job this season. The only thing I am thinking about is my job at Nottingham Forest. I want to get this club through the play-off semi-finals, to Wembley and hopefully back into the Premier League. That is the only thing I am thinking about."
.......Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies has sought to distance himself from rumours linking him with Celtic.
The Glasgow-born coach has emerged as a potential frontrunner for the Parkhead post as the Hoops are currently without a full-time manager.
Neil Lennon has been placed in temporary charge following the dismissal of Tony Mowbray, and could yet be handed the role on a permanent basis, but the situation remains up in the air.
Celtic are reported to have been impressed by Davies' exploits south of the border and consider him to be of ideal character and quality to take on the pressures which come with managing an Old F**m giant.
Davies, though, has been quick to curb the speculation, insisting he remains fully focused on his duties at the City Ground.
He has taken Forest into the Championship play-offs this term and has set his sights on returning the Reds to the Premier League.
Wembley
"My only focus is on finishing the job this season. The only thing I am thinking about is my job at Nottingham Forest," Davies told the Nottingham Evening Post.
"I want to get this club through the play-offs semi-finals, to Wembley and hopefully back into the Premiership.
"That is the only thing I am thinking about."
Some have questioned whether Celtic would be wise to court a man widely regarded as a R*ngers man.
Davies began his playing career at Ibrox and is known to hold the Gers close to his heart, but his representative insists there would be no problem were he to take the Celtic job at some point in his career.
"I think the idea that Billy is an out-and-out R*ngers man is a bit of a myth," said Jim Price.
"I certainly don't see why Billy couldn't be a successful manager at Celtic or R*ngers or wherever."
Nottingham Forest
On 31 December 2008, it was announced on the official Nottingham Forest website that the club was in negotiations with Davies to succeed the recently sacked Colin Calderwood.[13] He was confirmed as their manager on 1 January 2009.[14]
In his first interview as Nottingham Forest manager, Davies stated that he wants to "beef up the squad" but will not be "rushed into any rash decisions."[citation needed]
On Monday 27 April 2009, Billy Davies experienced his "proudest moment" in his managerial career, when Norwich City's 2-0 loss at home to Reading secured Forest their place in the Championship for the 09/10 season.
In the summer of 2009 Davies made several additions to his squad and spent around £6m. Despite having 6 first team strikers, the season did not get off to the best start, with Forest playing well but failing to get the results many thought their performances deserved. However Forest embarked upon a 18 match unbeaten run starting at the end of September and including 10 wins, 5 of which came successively, to rapidly climb the table into a playoff position at the end of November.[15] Davies was nominated for the manager of the month award for October after guiding Forest to three successive wins and a draw, but missed out to Dave Jones of Cardiff City.[16] Davies has also been nominated for the award for November, before finally winning the award in December. On the 23rd March, Billy Davies feels he should be awarded an OBE, should he be fortunate in getting Forest promoted. "If we can finish the job off, it'll be a remarkable achievement," Davies said. "If that happens, I'll get an MBE, an OBE and a visit to see the Pope. "At Derby and Preston (his former clubs) the squads were much deeper at this stage. We're punching above our weight but we're proud of what we've done." Also it is understood that no Celtic fan wants him to step his horrible hooves in their beloved club.![]()
anyone who says the championship is better than the spl is having a joke
Here are a number of reasons why
Kevin McDonald went from Scottish division 1 to the CXhampionship and easily got a game
Charlie Adam who was easily the worst R*ngers polayer of his time and scraped through a loan period at St Mirren, is now one of the champiosnhips best players
Barry Robson is fast in the championship
Paul Hartley looks like David Beckham
Stephen McManus looks like a footballer, almost.
It's the most over rated league ever.
I remember him as a player, think Gus Mcpherson and you'll get my drift.
Also anyone who covets the job as manager of the Huns must be considered as bitter. I would question why that is his dream job. Anyone from these parts know what they stand for, so if it his dream to represent them then he must be bitter.
