Surely the board aren't that out of touch that they would appoint someone like Davies, someone that the support obviously wouldn't take too.

If Lenny doesn't get it then I hope the board have a rabbit ready to pull because I haven't been too excited by any of the name mentioned so far.

The main reason that I woudn't want Billy Davies is because of our fans tbh. He's done a decent job everywhere he's went. Don't get me wrong, I expect better at Celtic Park but we're settling for a far bigger risk in Lennon on terms of ability to coach and sign footballers.

He has done well with the teams he has managed in the Championship but he failed miserbaly when Deby made the step up to the Premier League. He only lasted 4 months in the Premiership with them. Even worse than Mowbray had done in the top league.

Plus his 'dream job' is to manage the huns...not the type of person I want at Parkhead. Not that he is good enough anyway.
