Thread: Spartak Make Official 10M Bid for McGeady

For once, I agree with Diegan. 4-4-2 has gotten stale, and we need to dump that formation, and with it, the reliance on McGeady's headless solo roams. Mizuno knows how to cross, at least, but that didn't fit into Mowbray's pipe dreams, so he got shafted to the reserves. Next season, I expect Celtic to have wingers who can do something else besides dribbling.

That should only be the case for shite teams coming to Paradise. We shouldn't show these teams THAT amount of respect where we totally change how we set up to deal with their "threats".

Barcelona don't change their formation every week. They've been a 4-3-3 team for decades and I'd love to see us follow in their footsteps with that.

It's not going to happen. I don't think you could even find a JLeague club that'd pay more than 50 quid for him at this point.

We played a flat 4-4-2 which turned into a 4-2-4 on attack for the majority of the season. We didn't change formation every week.
