Thread: Surfer gets mauled to death by Great White

Not a lot of people die from shark attacks even in areas "notorious" for them. I doubt the Sun is really up to date as far as what your risk really is. People surf in Australia all the time with Great Whites and there aren't a lot of attacks. There have been two great white sightings off the beach in San Diego in the past 3 weeks and none of the millions of summer tourists have been attacked. The shark threat is always overblown unless you're at Seal Island in South Africa. I've even run into one (not a great white obviously) but they just aren't that much of a concern.

Great Whites are fucking amazing creatures man.

Btw, these surfers know fine well the risks of certain areas, it's a chance you take and ocasionally there are some unlucky folk who get mistaken for seals. Sharks are made out to be these evil fuckers that target humans but that couldn't be further from the truth.

You do know Sharks have a very high level of intelligence and have the senses to decipher what is swimming in the water with them.

They attack humans because they can. Simple as that.

Well it's been proved otherwise so i'd do a bit of digging before making comments about it m8.

Not to mention the fact that we have no right of way in their territory. If your unlucky enough to get ripped a new arse hole by a shark, no fuckin joy.

Cull all the sharks, fucking shockin statement man.

You need to do some research on the senses of sharks.

Sharks have the same level of intelligence as dogs and have been tested for problem solving skills and other various traits.

They may well have poor eyesight but their hearing is second to none. They can hear prey miles away and the frequency of splashes the prey makes allows them to tell what it is.

Don't try and tell me that a seal and a human splashes the same when swimming. Bullshit. Different shapes and different sizes means a change in the frequency of waves and their amplitudes.

I'm just happy that Dolphins have the capacity to kill the cunts. Would love to see it myself actually. Makes a change from seeing them rip everything they see to shreds.

Sharks are hun cunts that is a FACT.
