Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

"Celtic is important to me in as much as it's one of the only constants in my life over the years. I have changed and become various things but it is the one constant. Religion, friendships have come and gone, likes and dislikes have come and gone, but Celtic has remained." - Billy Connolly

Ha ha, I'm liking the Syd tune FP!

Naturally, I'd be promoting my own material at the old send off but if I were to choose another...

Just to make sure people are actually sad.

The very first Humanist Funeral I was at a few year ago was one of my Uncles who kicked with the other foot. 1 of my cousins my uncles namesake, got brought in from the clunk click in handcuffs. All sat down the song came on (I never promised you a rose garden). All the immediate family were in tears, I was sat up the back pissin myself laughing. I think the irony flew straight over their heads I might be wrong. I nearly got the nick for trying to pass him a packet of fags.

My aunt lived in england , during her funeral she had bagpipe music and then at the end this was played.

All of the family knew it was her mobile tune and she loved it. It was amusing looking at the faces of other folk at the funeral when it came on.

Pink Floyd - Come in number 51 your time is up / Set the controls for the heart of the sun, but it's a live Mogwai remix, with Mogwai actually on the decks in the chapel.

After that everyone has the host, apart from any huns present - waste of good sugar paper - a foot long blunt gets passed from pew to pew and the giant plasma kicks in with this.

Then you can all fuck off.
