Hostages Across the Steet from Me
Some wackjob just walked into the Discovery Channel building which is literally right across the street from me with a gun and maybe a bomb and tooked at least one, possibly four hostages. The SWAT team and bomb squad are here and everything. They're negotiating with him now. Here are his demands, I shit you not:

A old mate of mine who fell into heroin and started getting himself into all kinds of bother, got grassed up by some guy and he got sent down for 3 years. When he came out he went straight the guys house and took him and his family hostage...
There was snipers and allsorts, it was on the news...he ended up giving himself up 5 hours later because he was rattling for a score

We were watching from our garage but the SWAT guys made us go back into the building. We're all watching from the windows now. Apparently they're negotiating but if anything goes down, I'll try to get it on video.

Reports in the US claim the gunman is a James Jay Lee from Silver Spring. Police are yet to confirm this but have confirmed the suspect had “concerns” with the Discovery Channel networks.
If their subscription fees are anything like ESPN I dont blame the guy one bit
