    Martin Kane is finally home with his family after being in hospital for 399 days!!!!

    Home before his birthday next week!!!

    Home to be with his wife, Carolyn, son, Sean and daughter, Alaana.

    Our dream of bringing him home for Christmas 2009 has happened, thanks to the Celtic family!!

    Hail Hail, God Bless the Celtic family and our friends, what we have achieved is effectively a life changing moment. I do not believe any other support/family good ever have achieve this!!!!
