I found this quite interesting, It shows how bored i am to stumble across something like this but still very interensting none the less what's everyone think of the flag and has anyone ever seen it before? Maybe know anything about it.
I think it's a nice flag and has great details to it, wouldn't mind seeing more of these flying about Ireland.
Description of the flag
Here is the site to where i found the flag, people have given ideas of where they think it from but even they doubt themselves on their opinions.I know this flag existed during the Irish Rising in 1916 and at that stage Ireland was under British rule so you may have seen reference to this flag in the past. Below is correspondence I've had with two flag organisations in Ireland and the story I sent them.

Unidentified Irish eagle flag
Another page set up by a group calling themselves the "Killowen Young Republicans" promises to "protect the Republican communities from the PSNI, hoods and most of all loyalists." The group's photo album contains numerous images of youths in balaclavas posing with a range of republican flags as well as a handguns and automatic weapons.
No idea, but it looks pretty cool.![]()
Interesting...Ireland, the AOH was closely aligned with the movement for 'Home Rule', and was strongly opposed to revolutionary republicanism. But the US branch of the AOH was much more radical and it succeeded in organising among Irish emigrants in Britain. A small force of their members (the INF), travelled to Dublin from (I think) Liverpool to take part in the rising. As far as I remember, there were only about twenty of them involved. Note, however, that the only grounds for this suggestion is the somewhat American appearance of the bird ...
Fuck the AOH. Bigots
