Special relativity permits time travel into the future but it seems like a pretty difficult stunt to pull off - it would require vast amounts of energy and technology we don't have yet. Time travel into the past is much trickier again, and very likely impossible. But I wouldn't rule it out just for that either - really, we know fuck all about it.
