What do you want changed/Improved for FM10?

As the thread title says.

For me it's make the press conferences much less repetitive while also again improving the transers and again it's the selling end that's the problem, you always need to go about 300k-500k less than your players value to get them sold.

What other improvements do you lot want then?

improved training, players coming for decent ammounts, tried to sign this guy that was worth 1.7 mil, the club wanted 19 million for him

Maybe they just bought the player or were trying to scare you off with the price, i know i do that to buyers so it's a pretty realistic thing to do tbh.

Said this to a mate the other day - it would be cool if you could be a reserve/assistant manager, especially for people like me who like to start with a crap team. You could improve and maybe get a Reserve role at a big club, then you;d be in line to take over or get a job as First Team manager somewhere else.

the fact that on my game the ai offer 350k for luke moore
i respond with 500K
they offer 350K again
i reply 750K
they offer it again
dont they get the hint lol

I would like the mental side of them game to be more reallistic, mind games and rivalries with other clubs, also more variety in Teamtalks and Press Conferences

The in match graphics to be a bit better.

and as above, be able to be an assistant manager aswell

I've never understood the point of manager contracts either. When your club offers to renew your contract you can negotiate a higher salary... what, so that your club's wage bill increases?

Also, Alot of The time Clubs sign the same players, Every game ive made, Man City buy Vagner Love, Santa Cruz ,Zhirkov etc

They have shortlists generated when you start a new game, that's why. Also those players are class so obviously teams with money to spend like City will snap them up.

you should be able to negiotiate your transfer budget in your contract and more good transfer signings that are above 19

appeals need to be sorted out.
There's no point appealing in 09 as all you get is an extra two game man,
You should be able to ask you board for extra funds for a specific player if your budgets ran out.
Should be an option for someone to suggest signing's in any position not just loans.

you should be able to dicuss with coaches whether they think a offer is good for one of your players

The transfer system is a bit of a joke. You see players going between AI clubs for massive fees, and yet the 'best' offers I ever get are like £10mil for a £3mil valued player WHO IS THE BEST PROSPECT ON THE ENTIRE GAME. And because the board accept the bid, you get left with a crap team, a reasonable amount of money but no good players you can buy!

Or if it's a player who isn't phenomenal who you want to sell you need to cut off about 500k off his value.

I can never sell a player for more than £5m, but you see AI clubs buying and selling for £15m+ regularly.

Also the only good regens come from France and Holland. All the "good" regens cant handle the pressure and snap too quickly, theres probably only a handful of regens that have good potential and can handle pressure every ten years, by the time you find them they're worth £40m if you dont use FM scout.

Would be nice to be able to set training to players individually, not sure if you can do it in 09 without having to make a new training scheduel though. Not all my wingers are good at set pieces but most of them are, no point training the ones useless at them if the game says they will never be good at them.
