    do you have it on a rolling auto save?
    if not you may have lost the whole file.
    have you tried other fm saves because i had a problem yesterday with all the games not loading and i rebooted the system and its fine now.

    You turned it off/closed it when it was saving, you can send the game file to SI or something and they fix it
