Northern Ireland lost to Albania in a dull friendly played on a poor pitch at the Qemal Stafa Stadium in Tirana.

Did McCourt get a game?

Nearly fell asleep watching it.

Spent better time watching paint dry.

I'd welcome it naturally. I mainly watch NI but I also watch all of the Republics games, there would be a team that could actually challenge for qualifications bar the odd handball here or there.

A couple of years ago there'd have been two players at most that would make it into an all Ireland team but now theres Evans, McCartney, Hughes, Baird, Evans, McCourt, McGinn, Davis, Johnson, and well, cant bring myself to include Laugherty and he's shite anyway. Put that in with Given, Dunne, Duff, Gibson, McGeady, Whelan, Best, Keane.

Cant ever see it happening though, and not just because of politics.

Was dire. Ball wouldnt bounce it would just thump back onto the ground.

Couple of my mates are melting my head saying NI lost because of the bad pitch. Its probably better than the pitch at Windsor. On a raindy day players are screaming for help being dragged into the pitch like quick sand.
