Hmmm....ROBBIE KEANE is back on the Wolves wanted list now that they have clinched Premier League survival.
Wanderers, his first professional club, failed to land the Republic of Ireland striker on loan in January.
Keane, 29, left Spurs for Celtic instead and has been named their Player of the Season after 13 goals in 15 games.
He still has three years left on his Spurs contract but has told boss Harry Redknapp he wants to play regularly.
And that could open the door to a season-long deal with Wolves, who were prepared to pay a £1million loan fee and the player's £65,000-a-week wages at the turn of the year.
Keane is good friends with Wolves' Irish striker Kevin Doyle and has a soft spot for the club.
I would like to think we could come up with a similar deal and get shot of the donkeys to fund it!
Who cares.

God Bless Mr Celtic
He already turned down wolves to join us in Jan.

Surely he'd rather stay here?

Wolves have got no chance, if he doesn't go back to Spurs it's because he's staying at Paradise.

This is fantastic news.
Obviously he is available for a one season loan, or this wouldn't be getting muted. If he is going to anyone for a season's loan then I'd bet it is with us.
Keane and Rasmussen would be a brilliant pairing for next season. That just leaves 9 other places to fill!!

Anyone know how many years are left on his current Spurs contract?
From what DD has been saying to Charlie Nic, it looks like he could end up staying with us...
No way he's going to Wolves. He etheir stays with us or ends up at a club like Aston Villa, who have, if you believe what you read, earmarked Keano as one their summer targets. Surely a club like this would be the better option in terms of being on a competitive side that might actually win a trophy.
I see him going to Villa instead
