I know that the huns v St Mirren game is on BBC live. Our game's either on live or highlights.

I want us to win it, if they win the League it would be good to beat them in the final to stop the treble

It would be of no consolation to me.

Me too, I couldn't give two fucks whether we win this or they do. There is only one prize for me this year.

whats wrong with you two  why not?

Of course you want to win it, beating them in the final if they've already won the other two gives us a bit of bragging rights to end the season. Plus the new squad weve got now need to start winning and getting confidence from it. Beating them in a Cup final is as good as it gets in Scottish Football and it doesnt happen that often.

    There's nothing 'wrong' with me.

Obviously I want us to win it but if we do then I wont be celebrating that much if we do not have the league title to go with it, the league is the only thing that matters. It hardly gives us bragging rights either as if they had the league and the other cup it would be them bragging. And I hardly see how a end of season game is going to see us brimming with confidence if we have already surrendered the league to them.

Cause its a new team we've got and quite a young team so the more we win the better and we could use it to shut them up if they win the League and we beat them in the final, it's always a good way to end the season to win the Scottish Cup on a nice sunny day. We're more or less already out the League so if we get knocked out the Cup all weve got to look forward to is the two huns games in the next 7 months until next season.

There is fuckall wrong with me either.

Who gives a fuck about a meaningless domestic trophy, when we are allowing them to wrap up 2 in a row. Losing this league would be one of my worst moments as a Celtic fan and the Scottish Cup offers absolutely no consolation.

What's wrong with you Batch, that you are willing to accept second best?

That's a little ironic seeing as you said you don't care about winning the trophy.

I agree the league is more important but we should be aiming to win the Scottish cup AND the league.

When you don't accept winning everything that you can, that's accepting second best lads.

Every game is now a Cup Final, we have to play 100% from first to last whistle, no let up no slacking. Even if we are wining 3-0 with five minutes to go we need to keep the gas on, we have to build momentum, and gain confidence, we're in a fight and you don’t give your opponent a chance you keep hitting till the Ref stops it...............

Aye like that would shut them up. '2 in a row.' or 'Scottish Cup winners?' I know which would win the arguent for me. And what if they beat us in said final, on said nice sunny day, that would be really sweet.

The league is not lost either. There are 45 points to play for, a 10 point decifit is not insurmountable.

I don't see the irony in that at all.

There is only one prize we should be aiming for.

Obviously not but its unlikely were going to win the League, so if we get knocked out the Cup thats the season done, the players will have no confidence and it'll just get worse again next season. If we go on and win the Cup epsecially if we can play the huns in the Final then it gives the players something to build on.

In Jock Steins first season we were fucked in the League, do you think he would have just thought fuck it? He won the Scottish Cup that season and then the players went on to win everything as we all know after that.

For the first time since the world's creation, we agree. 4-3-1-2 is what I want to see from us, with mostly these players. I'd put Zaluška on goal, perhaps Hinkel instead of Caddis and Hooiveld in place of Loovens, if they are not hurt. Alternatively, we can go even more cautiously:
    ----------------------Zaluška
    -------Thompson----Hooiveld----O'Dea
    Hinkel---------------------------------Braafheid
    ------------Brown---------N'Guemo
    ----------------------Ki
    ------------Rasmussen-Keane
