I would cut our losses here. It hasn't worked out. Get the money in and use it elsewhere.
I don't think we would have to use it to buy a LB though. I'd put it towards getting St Ledger in. We already have O'Dea, Naylor, Wislon and Caddis who could cover at left back.
It's going to be one hellava a busy week at Paradise. I expect to see McDonald on his way out the door as well, if he could pass a medical that is.
I would be surprised at this but I hope it's true as he has been a terrible player for us.

God Bless Mr Celtic
Wouldnt miss him.
I like young Wallace from the Hertz, I thought the three club rule was the same country, so they could get a disspensation?
Fox started well but is very one footed and not quick, either in thinking or movement. Dont rate Nayor at all, so would hope we have someone lined up, Mulgrew is okay but not the quickest, young Caddis deserves a run at the role is he fances it.
Milan Misun should be back from injury very soon. I don't think we should sign a replacement if he does go.
Radio Clyde are reporting that we have accepted bids for Fox and, wait for it, GS is after McManus on a 6 month loan!!! Thanks Gordon.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/foot...ic/8479233.stmBurnley are interested in signing Celtic full-back Danny Fox.
The 23-year-old signed a four-and-a-half year contract with the Glasgow club in July after leaving Coventry for an undisclosed fee.
He has made 23 appearances for Tony Mowbray's side and won his first Scotland cap in the 3-0 friendly defeat to Wales in Cardiff in November.
Fox, born in Cheshire, played for England Under-21s but made the switch through his Scottish grandfather.
New Burnley boss Brian Laws has already brought Monaco striker Frederic Nimani in on loan and is seeking further reinforcements in the winter transfer window.
"We have been working all weekend pursuing a couple of targets and we are closing in on a few," he told the club website.
"We're delighted at the progress made so far and you never know, there might be one in before Tuesday (when Burnley visit Bolton)."
Fox has not played since the Old F**m derby on 3 January, missing Celtic's last three matches through injury.
In his absence, Darren O'Dea and Lee Naylor have shared the left-back duties for Celtic.
EDIT: Fuck you Paul.

Brilliant news thisThe guy is hopeless.
Wouldn't be fussed if he went, but to be fair he was brilliant in the R*ngers game.

I like Wilson, always have done. He has been unlucky with injuries but if he hadn't been I think he could have went on to be an excellent Celtic player.
Even now, I'd prefer Wilson to Fox or Naylor. I don't know about Caddis at left back but I'd definitely give him a chance.
Wilson said he wants to leave aswell
