This just keeps getting better and better . He'll probably demand what we could have kept Boruc for on wages and Lennon seering another glourious failure from the epl will probably bow to meet those demands.

Since we sold Boruc we're just gonna get linked with any keeper just for the fuck of it. Would be very surprised if we brought anyone in for that position tbh

Wouldnt mind him for a year, no longer than that. Good enough to play in a world cup, good enough for us.

lot of bollocks, no quotes. It's the silly season, we've just lost our goaly so we are going to be linked with any other goaly who is out of contract, nearing the end of their contract etc etc etc.

Celtic open David James talks after Portsmouth run out of patience with England 'keeper

David James will open talks with Celtic after Portsmouth withdrew their contract offer for the England goalkeeper.

James, 39, had been offered a player-coaching role at Fratton Park but Portsmouth needed a quick response.

    I agree.

    Good keeper.

    Good character.

Also a twat. But in a funny kind of way.

I reckon this lads on his way, Portsmouth have pulled their deal off the table. Can't see it being money? Although he is an arrogant character there is a sense that he's also strangely humble. It's just sinking in that Boruc is gone and we're in trouble with Zaluska.

We aren't in trouble with Zaluska, he is a great keeper and a good enough replacement for Boruc.

It's not the creed or nationality that counts, it's the man himself

Celtic - more than just a club
